So the difference between the assholes who blow smoke and the type of men whom women really want... is the ability to shed the tears when the situations invite you to, and not be ashamed. Nice to have a "real" man as a colleague! Cheers John!

I'm hoping that I've got the correct Heather Dzioba, if not then I apologise profusely. If I have then I remember her father from his secondment to the Royal Navy (and I'm sure that my father will have other recollections as well). Larry's family lived in a small village just outside Portsmouth, England in the mid to late 1960’s. I remember the family with a great deal of affection. Larry I remember as a imposing character and I am sorry to hear of his passing earlier this year.
Of all the family I knew Bruce the best and my guess is that Heather would have been no more that five or six at the time I knew the family. Of all them, I knew Bruce the best and I seem to remember another brother called Richard.

Dear Mr. vanGurp, First of all I want to thank you for posting a copy of the Cruise n Carry 6600 manual. It has been a really big help with my motor. Bad news, when I took the lower housing apart I lost something. I don't know what it looks like or even what I lost. All I know it doesn't turn the prop now. Could you please rescan page five showing the parts. Or if you want make a hard copy and mail to me, I will gladly pay for your time and trouble. sincerely, jody hossack, norfolk, va , usa--------please write so I know you got this e-mail

Hi John

As one of the most patient people I know, when you say that your patience was put to the test, this is serious! The episode you describe on "myconnect" makes me angry just reading it.
It will be good to be involved in the property/cottage owners' association to address this and other issues.

We enjoyed your visit.

I'VE FISHED NEWFOUNDLAND FOR MANY YEARS THOUGH MOSTLY ON THE AVALON PENINSULA, ALSO THE TERRA NOVA, GANDER, AND HUMBER.
THAT ATL SALMON FISHING IS AN EXPERIANE IN PATIENCE IS A KNOWN TO THOSE OF US WHO LOVE IT.
THOUGH I MUST SAY THAT STANDING DAY AFTER DAY NOT CATCHING A SINGLE FISH IT IS COUNTER BALANCED BY THE TRILL OFTHAT FIRST FISH.......
LATELY THOUGH I'VE BECOME SOMEWHAT HARDENED TO THE "LETS GET THE SPORT STUPID WITH LIQUOR, WITTY STORIES, AND THE -- OH IF YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN HERE LAST WEEK STORIES".
NOW I MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I MAY NOT EXPECT TO CATCH FISH BUT BY THE ETERNAL I WANT TO SEE THEM ALL ABOUT ME. FURTHER TIPS ARE RELATIONAL TO FISH CAUGHT.
IF A GUYS GOING TO BURN 4-6K ON A TRIP I'VE JUST GOT TO BE SURE HE KNOWS THAT I CAN GET DRUNK AND FED REALLY GOOD AT HOME.........
      JUST MY TWO CENTS.
