Happy 2007 to all!

2006 had it’s ups and downs, as every year does. We lost friends and saw others succeed in the face of adversity and you do what comes naturally which is to share grief and provide support and love to those who need it, and to celebrate and share in the joys and victories of others. Life goes on.
I’m starting the year off with a nasty chest cold. Yucky yuck yuck! Yesterday I couldn’t even speak, so I spent the entire day in the basement reading and napping and watching the tube and surfing the net. This gets old very quickly. I feel marginally better today but plan to get to the clinic to see if I need anything.
We actually had olieballen last night! I crawled upstairs long enough to have three that were made next door at my sister’s house. Delish!
